1. What We Collect
We keep it minimal: session cookies (to keep you logged in), an email address if you create an account or contact us, purchase records (handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details), and basic anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, sounds played).
2. What We Don't Do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party ad trackers. We do not access your contacts, microphone (except when you explicitly use the recorder), or anything else we don't need.
3. How We Use Data
To run the site: deliver purchased sound packs, keep sessions working, respond to support emails, and understand which farts are most popular so we can make more of what you love.
4. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe. If we share our own promotional videos to TikTok, that happens from our own account via TikTok's official API — no FartBank user data is sent to TikTok. Our site is served via Cloudflare and hosted on Railway.
5. Cookies
We use a session cookie strictly for login. No cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep account data while your account is active. Email contact@fartbank.net to access, correct, or delete your data — we'll handle it within 30 days. EU/UK visitors have GDPR rights; California visitors have CCPA rights.
7. Children
FartBank is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. Farts are funny at any age, but accounts require 13+.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
