Terms of Service
1. What FartBank Is
FartBank.net ("FartBank", "we", "us") is a novelty entertainment website offering a soundboard of real fart recordings, sound packs, a prank mode, a recorder, and a community Fart Arena. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use FartBank. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission for any purchase.
3. Purchases
Sound packs and All-Access purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Digital content is delivered immediately; because of that, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If something is broken, contact us and we'll make it right.
4. Your Content
If you record or upload sounds, you confirm you have the right to share them and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and play them on FartBank. Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, or that isn't yours. We may remove content at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
Use FartBank for laughs, not harm. No harassment, no attempts to break, scrape, or overload the service, and no reselling of our sound content outside the site.
6. Third-Party Services
FartBank integrates with third-party platforms such as Stripe (payments) and TikTok (sharing our own promotional content from our own account). Those services have their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The FartBank name, branding, site design, and original recordings are ours. Personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
FartBank is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features at any time; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
